Strengthening your will power and decision making ability will help you to avoid most negative situations that we are drawn too naturally in our daily lives. Most of the time we are not out looking to be involved in them.

But by a chain of events and choices we sometimes become intertwined with people places and things we shouldn’t be. Learn to focus and assess things, play them out in your mind and always strive to be one step ahead.

8. Learn to love, nurture and understand yourself

We go to great lengths to protect and nurture some of our most prized material possessions often overlooking the most important. This being “you”, learn to fuel yourself daily and make it a habit of asking yourself what you want, what is it that makes you feel conscious and alive.
